Through a distributor: the track is delivered to TikTok’s sound library along with the streaming release. Uploading a sound manually from the app doesn’t count as official and earns nothing.
By default TikTok suggests a section itself, and users can pick any part. If you like, name the section in the order comment — we’ll pass it on to the distributor.
In CapCut — yes, it uses TikTok’s library. For Instagram and Facebook the release is delivered separately as part of the same distribution.
